cuidando cada cosecha con la paciencia y el conocimiento que solo da el tiempo.<\/p>\n<p>Entre cafetales de variedad Castillo, cultivados a 1.400 metros de altura, Alcira trabaja la tierra con la misma dedicaci\u00f3n con la que tantas mujeres cafeteras han construido la historia del caf\u00e9 en Colombia: observando cada planta, respetando el ritmo del cultivo y acompa\u00f1ando cada grano desde el campo hasta la cosecha.<\/p>\n<p>Su finca refleja una vida entera dedicada al caf\u00e9, un trabajo constante, silencioso y lleno de orgullo que hoy se expresa en esta taza: un caf\u00e9 que
